The customer is a group company, their excavator assembly line project in Indonesia was successfully launched. The Indonesian factory is the first overseas "lighthouse factory" of the Chinese engineering machinery industry, with a project area of 100,000 square meters and a total investment of 200 million yuan. Guozi's robots were deeply involved in the entire process, from the planning and production to the installation and commissioning of the entire production line equipment.

The warehouse of this project covers an area of over 10,000 square meters, managing thousands of home accessories in the warehouse area, providing home product distribution services to millions of customers in North America. The Guozi Home Intelligent Handling Solution utilizes two kinds of robots, including the Ants-10 lifting robot and Picking Plus multi-layer bin picking robot, to complete SKU picking and handling in the same working area.

Guozi implemented an intelligent storage solution for the healthcare industry utilizing Picking Plus robot. The solution was designed to accommodate the varied shapes and sizes of medical equipment and supplies. Automated and human picking were combined to streamline the picking process. Using a way of order relay, the Picking Plus robot transported small items to the pickers, while humans picked large items directly. This new approach reduced the complexity of manual labor and improved efficiency.

The intelligent logistics solution for the food and beverage industry includes setting up loading and unloading points along the production line, AS/RS docking, and empty pallet staging areas. With the REX system sending task instructions, the SLIM stcking robot can complete the material handling needs of picking and placing, as well as placing empty pallets and removing full ones. The robot dispatching system, WMS system, REX system, and AS/RS work together efficiently.

The project covered an area of approximately 3000 m2. The client utilized Guozi's SLIM Stacking Robots for transporting and stacking goods on-site. Upon receiving the packaging materials, the robots are called to transport the materials to the warehouse.

The customer is a well-known large-scale paper manufacturing enterprise in China. The customer's factory has seven workshops that require logistics upgrades.
